Meet Tom

Founder of Castle HR

We’ve been doing this since 2019 (before that thing called COVID) and the pattern almost never changes.

Your business gets to about twenty people, and everything that used to work stops working. Hiring turns into a scramble. Your best person hands in their notice, and you didn't see it coming. Every people decision still comes back to you, because you are the only one who knows how any of it is supposed to work.

That's not a founder problem.

That's a systems problem, and systems are fixable.

I built this quiz because most founders I meet already know something is off. They just can't name which part. This three-minute quiz gets you there.
